The Vindicom Centri is that solution. It is a one rack unit high box that provides plenty of IO to interface between any number of challanges and solutions
With today's need to do more with less; less people, resources. etc. you need solutions that multitask just as you do.
The Centri provides a 1 RU monitoring partner that provides heads up notification to your operations staff of events that need to be addressed. It also is a tool kit that accepts a myriad of inputs and provides multiple outputs to eliminate the need to throw additional computers at increased machine control needs.
The Centri unit is modular. This allows you to customize the capability of the unit.
Each unit comes with a Com module which allows the unit to be controlled and to control other LAN and serial based equipment.
The GPIO module acts as a classical GPI/GPO device. Each of the inputs and outputs are separately programable and controllable.
The unit can talk. It can have 512 phases programmed into to it. These phases can be programmed to be annuciated via serial, LAN, and parallel inputs.
The Centri can be configued with two GPIO modules or two Sound Modules if required.
Typical audio annunciator configuration. The unit can annouce or warn of equipment/system states that can bring a "heads up" response from an operator that is otherwise occupied when needed.
Below is the GPIO GUI presented to the user for unit programming. As can be seen the unit is intuitively and graphically programmed for operation. Once programmed non-volitale memory perminately holds your configuration. The Centri can be programmed via multiple outputs to perform multiple tasks at once.
