Engineering Management

Reverse Engineering

Have a facility that only the old timers know, or no one knows now that they've retired? We have years experience scoping out how a facility has evolved over the years. Often we can document over 75% of an existing facility from photos and a few phone calls. Reverse engineering can often be the single highest ROI you can achive for a few thousand dollars. A documented facility is usually a better maintained facility, and as you know a better maintained facility ends up in fewer make-goods, and less time in the GM's office.
